Products that we supply and distribute are as follows:

Caste Off

Caste Off is used for the suppression of worm casting, Earthworm casts result from the deposition of earth and decomposing matter. There are 28 commonly found species of earthworm in the UK, only 3 of these species are responsible for the majority of casts. Casts are produced seasonally, during the spring and autumn when conditions such as moisture and temperature are suitable..

Worm casts are an issue because:

• They give poor appearance
• They produce uneven surfaces
• Casts increase moisture retention and mud
• They encourage weeds, disease and moles

Caste Off is taken in with the worms food (grass clippings from the sprayed turf), this restricts the target to adults of the casting species that feed at the surface.

Caste Off can be applied using standard vehicle mounted spray equipment, by a walkover/pedestrian sprayer or by using a knapsack. Do not collect clippings from the first mowing following application.

Mert Turf

Merit Turf is a granular insecticide for the control of Chafer Grubs and Leatherjackets.

The product can be used on golf courses, bowling greens, athletic fields, commercial and residential lawns and other managed amenity turf situations. Merit Turf offers a very low risk to operators and non-target organisms.

• Long term cure and prevention from one treatment
• Fast acting
• Proven chemistry
• Application should be made prior to egg hatch

Cyren

Cyren is a highly effective soil insecticide for the control of Leatherjackets and Frit Fly in sports and amenity turf.

Cyren can be applied at any time from the beginning of November through to the end of March, when high populations are detected or damage is first seen. Early treatment is recommended.

• Effective leatherjacket and frit fly control
• 3 way mode of action - ingestion, contact and vapour action
• Maximum of 1 treatment per year
